Dear woman who’s been holding it all in,
I see you. You get up every day and carry so much—grief, fear, disappointment, memories no one knows about. You keep showing up for others even when your own heart feels worn thin. You smile when you want to cry. You say “I’m okay” because it’s easier than explaining everything.

You’re not weak. You’re not invisible.
You are incredibly strong, even when you don’t feel it.

I know what it’s like to heal in silence. To feel like no one would understand if you spoke your truth. To believe that falling apart isn’t an option. I lived in that space for a long time. But here’s what I want to tell you:
You don’t have to keep doing this alone.

You were never meant to carry the weight of the world on your shoulders.
You were meant to heal, not just function.
You were meant to feel, not just cope.

When I began journaling, I started giving myself permission to be human again. To feel sadness without shame. To speak my truth without apology. That’s what this journal is for—for you to exhale what you’ve been holding, to name what hurts, and to hear God’s voice again beneath the noise.

Your story matters. Your healing matters.
And you don’t have to do it perfectly.

If all you can do today is write one sentence, cry one tear, breathe one deep breath—that’s enough.

This is your reminder:
You are not alone.
You are not too broken.
And you are so deeply loved.

With all my heart,
Shauna
